SFJ Special: Dr. P’s Summer News Round #03

Ignoring all current FAA & FCC regulations Dr. P fills his News Copter to above maximum capacity this week with a trio of Boston comical comics.  Matt Kona, Rich Karski, and Ted Pettingell join us to cover photogenic monkeys, deaf motorists, and the Fire Challenge. 

You’ll learn more than any human person could ever want to know about monkey nipples, what types of simians we like or don’t particularly care for, and how to defeat an ape in an intellectual property lawsuit.  We also cover the new trend for teens that involves setting themselves on fire, and learn that it’s okay, because stupid fire burns at a lower temperature than “regular fire”.  We then fly over to Comical Con, where Rich informs us how rude deaf people are and what kind of noises they make while having intimate relations.

It’s an educational episode chock full of nerds, monkeys, hot hot flames, and hearing-impaired sex freaks, so put it in your ears (if you have ears) and hop on board the chopper.

That’s right, everyone. After prolonged negotiations, SFJ host Belasco has managed to secure us the rights to broadcast the most important event in the nerd-stroke-dweeb calendar. For people who like dressing up in leather jerkins and wizard hats this is the World Cup, World Series, and  Super Bowl (full of Cheetos) all rolled into one.  It’s the D&D Championship of the World!

Meanwhile, we meet weak-bowelled Ronald Strong, AKA “The Poo Man”, hunky Italian YouTube sensation and possible brain cancer sufferer Stefano! plays us what might be his best song ever, and we wish the best of luck to a lovely couple of sex change kidz.

All this and lots and lots of Liquid Ass.

We try desperately to get somebody under the age of 35 to listen to the podcast by hitching our wagon to the “Haul Video” craze sweeping YouTube, and take a look at the badly spelled conspicuous parenting competition taking place amongst the Idiots of Facebook.

Booze is inconsolable about the passing of a great British stateswoman, Dr. P asks some important questions about below stairs lady hair, Belasco’s head nearly explodes at least twice and Hiccup forgets everything that happened on the last podcast. Which is well handy as it means we can spring the same surprises on him all over again.

Thankfully, our friend Longhorn joins us so that Belasco doesn’t feel so alone in the geek-out. Naturally, Shatner talk leads to superheroes, superheroes lead to monkeys, monkeys lead to Stefano!, and Stefano! leads to half-naked girls chopping down crosses.
