On a serious note, I'm amazed sometimes how foreign computers are to old folks and how they are often scared to even attempt to use them. My dad an aold guy and is going blind. A computer would help him continue to read and do things that he can't do with print and he just won't have anything to do with it. Flat out refuses.

Yeah, old people in general are adverse to change and this sort of technology is very difficult for them to grasp, because of how complex it is.

My grandmother actually -wants- a computer, but we're wary of getting her one, because we're worried she'll give her money away to a Nigerian scammer about 6 minutes after she starts using the Internet.
