I got turned on to Horseshirt due to XM. When the merger occurred, I purchased the Best of Sirius package to listen to Howard. I gave Bubba an honest and long try. It was ok and has its moments. When Sirius XM moved him to Friday satellite shows only it was the beginning of the end. So many of his shows consisted of constant bitching about how his show was so great and everyone else sucks. He spent the entire show telling you how every other show sucks and he's so misunderstood. AND everyone else is a "mark".
Good riddance. I hope this opens open something good for Howard 101.

I see what you did there. Now.
My old roommate lives in Tampa and loved that show. At least he used to. He sent me Bubba's version of the "best of" CD's and there was an old guy Ned on there who was pretty funny. Of course, I'm a sucker for prank calls and uncomfortable interviews. There was other shit on the CDs that was decent, and some skits and stuff that were pretty douchy. Other than that, I never listened to the show, except excerpts when Larry was on or menchened. I've never gotten radio wars. Stern had some interesting ones early, but from "Comb over boy" on, I always thought it was a gay concept.

he was only on 1 day a week right?
gotta remember i grew up on this guy (nohomo) from his night time schtick on the brand new hip hop station in the 90's all the way through where he is now.
he belongs on morning radio there is no doubt.
He does provide a great uncensored show (or did) on sirius..
Im not sad he aint on sirius anymore.. im sure the larry is heartbroken though

Howard's show been no good lately? Last time I gave him a listen was probably two years ago. I wasn't into it, but who knows?
