I THINK I'VE DECODED THE MYSTERY MESSAGE

Friends, today I was contacted by what I believe to be alien life.
The message came not in the form of crop circle, tractor beam or arranged letters in my Alpha-Bits. It was in my email inbox. A message from another world, implanted into the mail server and sent directly to me.
The message is as follows:

OK, the 17th letter is an "A" is in apple, ape, a-hole... The 5th letter is a "N" for Nog-lip, Negro, or Nuts... The 23rd letter is a "D" for Douchebag, Dickman, or Dike... The 52nd letter is a "J" as in Jackball, joint, or Jeeeeeeeeeeeezus!!!

Initially in my first post, I had mis-coded a few of the letters. However, after reconfiguring my "little orphan Anne decoder pin" I have recalibrated the coded message and have come up with this.

If I could figure out what the hell his name is on that site I would look at some of his work.

This is what I can translate.

I am a Moder, (A person who makes changes to video games) And I have made modifications for game called Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, Which is for the PC not the console versions. I've changed the pedestrians into people from The Phil Hendrie Show, Such as Jay Santos and RC Collins. Who of which you can interact with in the game. If you are interested on seeing them as I'm sure there are Phil Hendrie fans who play Video Games for the PC, I could send them to you to post on the site, But as of now they can be seen on the following web sites, GTANETWORK.IT and GTAMODDERS.COM. Under the category called mods and under the name NDEXXXRBGFRUMWATTS / NDEXXX. (I guess that's his name)

I think we all got the basic jist of what this person was saying... it's just that in was written so poorly. Nobody wants to read "techie" slang or "geek-aleese" Just take the time to type it out in plain "Engrish", that's all we ask. Thank you
