Heard about this one on O & A and downloaded a few episodes. Holy SHIT this show is funny. They get a car, leave the motor running, and wait for it to get stolen. The perps are almost always black, and in for a surprise when the cops push a button that kills the engine and locks the doors. Jimmy Norton said it was a cross between Cops and Candid Camera, and that is the PERFECT analogy. You get to hear their conversations, and watch them think they are gonna drive it to a chop-shop. It's interesting that the "finders keepers" level differs for different people.

Fer instance, I've found a ton of money on my train over the years. If it's sitting there naked, devoid of wallet or purse, it goes in me pocket. After all, if you lost your billfold (large denomination notes on the outside) on public transport, would you even bother trying to find it? You know that shit is gone. And you blame nobody but yourself for being a (probably drunken) tit.

But if it's in a wallet, with credit cards inside it, I always hand it in. Mainly because I've never found an amount large enough to tempt me not to, but also because it's virtually 100% certain that it will be reunited with it's grateful owner & I've been on the other end of that deal.

I've found shitloads of mobile phones as well. It's always a pleasure to answer those when the person who lost it calls. I've lost enough phones to know you ain't expecting an answer for that call. Usually get a small reward too. Of course, if I found an iPhone or a sweet Blackberry, I'd have to have one of those angel/devil conversations with meself.

So I guess these perps just have their own finders keepers level that's a bit lower than mine. And takes in unoccupied vehicles, & probably, for the most part, passed-out fat blonde chicks.

"Finders keepers" doesn't apply to a car that dosen't belong to you. It ain't a nickel on the street, even an Ipod. It's yer fucking car, that's something I would shoot someone over. Dumb fuckers think they can steal a goddamn CAR! I'm still watchin' the show and it's 100% negro. AMAZING that they have the four white/Mexican/Armenian as the ones they tout for their program. Fuckin' amazing, it's an interesting show of niggers stealing cars if you watch ... Watch the program, and it's black, black, black. And some are REALLY funny. But when you visit the website, not a nig to be found when introducing you to what it's all about.
