KFJ, what has that creature in your avatar been sucking on to leave a nice red stain like that? That's offensive as all get-out. :)
Pre goth RC, actually
Yeah, I also liked him more when he was just some kid in Chatsworth on kidney dialysis with Phantom Nut.

The "R.C.s sixteenth birthday" bit is my all-time favorite.

BOTH R.C.'s are GREAT! But I thought RC evolved into BEING GOTH and that's why he was sent to Bradly and developed a sense of patriotism and a willingness to EAT HIS OWN GUTS!

I'll go with the unpopular new RC. The Blue Hawks and winning father's love are golden. And if the mission looks too hairy, he'll just go back to base and make some stew! :D

Never hear any pre-military RC. I love RC as he is and wouldn't want anything to happen to him.

What!?!?!?!? Never listened to old school RC? I miss the old gang of RC "Barnabus" Collins, Billy the Impaler, The Lawgiver, and others. The Lawgiver slept in a pine box, you know?

You couldn't pay me to go to that white trash monument (well maybe you could pay me to) I seriously think the architect was playing a little joke on the planning committee when he made it look just like a freakin overgrown Trailer....

Whatchu talkin bout, Gonzo? Hell, when I went, they had just added a nice new screen door. Keeps the pests out.
Speaking of trailers, have you seen the one in Ranchette where a guy added a second story to his trailer? I have to get a picture of that tomorrow...

Well I may consider... Do they sell Gizzards and Miwaukee's Best at the concession stand? My uncle has a nice house like that. Some day I'm gonna get one that has a toilet that I don't have to empty with a hose!
No, but I need to see it. Me and my friend drive through there to try and spot meth labs for fun. I knew a guy that lived out there that literally had a blanket for a door. You ever notice how many Burned out trailers are out there. CHETTERS RULE! (Graffiti on wall in bathroom in High School)

What's with the influx of folk from Arkansas? Don't people in Mississippi listen to the PHS too?
Also, our central PA white trash could take on yours any day. And don't even get me started on WV.

Gotta agree with Farthing here. Having discovered the Hendrie show just after R.C. was transformed from goth to military cadet, I mourned the loss when I heard my first old clip on My Crappy Site of goth R.C. and laughed till I hurled granite. Now that I've heard even more goth R.C. from the new batch of clips posted on the official site, I mourn the loss even more. Cadet R.C. doesn't generally tickle my funky bone, though he has his moments. Goth R.C., on the other hand, is more hysterical than a very hysterical thing that has a special reason for being hysterical. Which brings me to my great surprise at the poll results. I'd have thought it'd have been the other way around for sure. In my opinion, goth R.C. slays cadet R.C. with battery acid then offers his 'nads up to Beelzebub as a sacrifice.

Ha ha. Thanks for reminding me of that quote, Farthing. One of the funniest ever. As for the scepter, I wondered if Phil meant sickle, like Death, the Grim Reaper, carries around, as a scepter is that wand-like thing a king or queen holds as a way of saying: "I've got the biggest."

Goth RC - Pre Syndication
Military RC - Syndication
That's why the poll results favor military RC. Most listeners here started listening after syndication, and are probably too lazy to listen to the archived stuff. I agree, anyone that has friends named "Billy The Impaler" and "The Law Giver" are O.K. in my book.

so funny
but it makes sense to me now, and I thank you for straightening that out (about the syndication thang) I hadn't even thought about that.

Hmmm, they are both pretty funny...but I had to go with Goth RC. I love the goth talk bits...where he talks about his cape and gives himself names like Barnabus. lmao
What about just plain old high school RC? Was he still from Chatsworth High when he's posing as a goth?

How could anyone poo poo the Goth RC? The more immature and impetuous the depiction the funnier, and early RC was the best. I loved the bit where he asked Phil to allow him to do his Darth Vader impersonation using the voice distortion effect over the air. Ah, consummet RC!
