well the Atascadero state hospital is one of the largest mental hospitals in california and holds a large amount of SVP's (sexually violent predators, like Herb Sewel) I live in San Luis Obispo, just 30 miles away from Atascadero, I have seen a few trials with some of them atascadero "patients" and you can tell by looking in their eyes they're crazier than a crap-house rat.
