The Scrotum Clamp

does anyone remember the Scrotum Clamp bit? It was a black man that called the show with a device he created to help make him sound white on the phone so he doesn't get turned down for stuff. Near the end of the bit, the device starts to malfunction and he panics. If anyone knows where i can get this bit, i'd like to know.

I remember this one! I wish I could recall just where it is- I have it on MiniDisc or MP3 somewhere. If someone can just retrieve for me the date, I can find it and encode it for you, and send it to you or post it somewhere. He was a black man who sounded white only when he had the clamp on- it kept loosening and his "Negro" voice would return. Eventually a "white" woman called in and her normal "black" voice returned when her "butt" retainer failed.
