What made Stern great was him HAVING to thread the needle! I haven't heard Bubba since he was on terrestrial, but the fucking show had some great stuff. "Ned" or whoever the guy was that made all the calls was better than Artie or Baba-booey on their best day. I haven't listened to that much Bubba, but I got some real laughs here and there. Once Stern went unedited, got all political, dumped his wife, I'd rather listen to my local morning zoo. There, I said it.

I can completely understand how people can hate stern, everyone over here who's familiar with him does, but to say that Bubbas show is better let alone listenable is hard to fathom. At least Stern gets big name interviews and has some great regulars like Gilbert Gottfried, Riley Martin and a handful of other decent comedians. Bubbas only trump card seems to be 'shocking the puss' of c list pornstars or talking to Hulk Hogan on his cell phone for 30 seconds.

Adam Corolla and Ron and Fez are entertaining. Kevin and Bean is good for a laugh. Outside of those 3, I haven't found much I enjoy out there. I wasn't trying to say Bubba is good, just Stern is that bad. I used to listen to the guy every morning, I just find it lame anymore. I think him pushing the envelope was what made it great for me, once he was uncensored, it lost something.
