Up until 2004 I wasn't drinking milk because of what Art Bell said about it. Then I was diagnosed with diabetes and went to a diatecian that told me that I should drink 1% milk for two important reasons

1) The vitamins
2) The fat in milk has been proven to help in weight loss

I've been drinking milk since then and lost a 100 Lbs. So it works:thumbsup: .

About a month ago my mom asked me when the last time I drank a glass of milk. At the time, it had literally been 6 months or so (excluding cereal). So from now on, each day I drink a glass of milk. The vitamins and nutrients you get from a glass is too important to overlook.

I takes me coffee with a whole lotta whole and a dash of non-dairy french vanilla. When in Starbucks, I indulges in the 1/2 & 1/2.

I tried heavy whipping cream in coffee once; Trader Joe told me it would be a taste sensation. It's really kinda :tongue:
