What browser are you using? It's probably your cookie settings. Make sure they are enabled.

It's not my cookie settings, they are enabled fine as always, it's this site not being internet explorer friendly.

This may be of some use?

My work computer logs me in straight away, no password etc. My home computer does not, I have to log in every time. I'm running Explorer on both systems. Recently when I installed and started using Firefox on my home system, BAM! logs me in straight away every time. Perhaps Windows Explorer in combination with some SFJ settings is the culprit.

I don't know what the problem is. It works fine for me in IE6 and logs me right in. Yer on your own.

I have recentely installed firefox and now sometimes I have a bitch of a time gettinglogged on. Have to request a new password etc etc...
