since everyone is posting funny shows,i thought i would add my favorite...i have all seasons on dvd and they are all classics... mr.show....

One of my favorite shows of all time as well. Every single show was classic, with hardly a moment that did not contain something to laugh at. ALthough fourth season kinda blew and Run Ronnie Run wasn't all that great either, but supposedly that is because Bob and David weren't allowed to have their cut of the film.

I really hope they can get Hooray for America the funding it needs so they can finally get it made.

one of my favorite sketches is when the 2 grocery store chains are running ad's talking shit about each other...THE 4TH season i belive...and the old man is trying to compete with the major food store...classic...by the way...all 4 seasons are avalible on dvd...

Thats a good bit, but I was very disappointed in the 4th season, overall probably the worst of all seasons. I would say the second season was the best.

I have it on DVD, too. Truly some funny and innovative stuff. David Cross is a funny guy but lately everything he says is just political and filled to the hilt with anti-Bush venom. Anybody see him on Comedy Central's Last Laugh '05? Just wasn't funny at all. Sounded so bitter and hateful it hurt to watch it. It's a shame. I remember when he was actually funny doing stand-up.

His standup has always been VERY political and VERY liberal. Not sure what standup of his you previously saw, but his act has always been about, among other things, making fun of the right and religion.

I was watching some mr. Show last night and forgot how funny the sketch was from season four where Bob keeps running into the same guy as he is leaving a bar at the end of the night.
