Is it saved as a GIF file? Does it move when you open it in another program. I know everyone else has been so helpful, but I thought I'd go the serious route.

It moves in other programs and it is saved as a GIF image.

The proper dimensions matter too... make sure when you save it the pic is within 100x100 or SFJ will automatically format it to that size and it'll lose it's animation qualities (first hand experience here trying to get one pic to work for me)
