I became an avid fan of the PHS in fall of 2004. I had heard the show several times before, back as early as 2001. I originally though that the show was the talk radio equivalent of the Jerry Springer show as they featured similar bizzarre types of guests. It wasn't until I became a Backstage Pass holder and watched a few of the video interviews with Phil that I realized that he is doing all of the voices live and off the cuff. The sheer talent required to do this successfully as well as the quality of the humor on the PHS is what still keeps me hooked on my show and I find myself recording a lot of the character bits into my own personal library. My favorite PHS guests have to be Bobbie Dooley (well everyone says that but she is tops), Steve Bosell (He's such a jackass, you just gotta love him!), and Larry Grover.

Oh, and my all time favorite bit is "Love and a 2x4" with Steve Bosell, who tried to pleasure himself with a 2x4, which put splinters in his pecker, and is now suing the lumber company for it!
